"When we joined Phi Delta Theta, we pledged to 'transmit
the Fraternity, to those who may follow after, not only not
less, but greater than it was transmitted to me.' This is
our best chance to do that. We have the responsibility to
restore and renovate the best Greek property on the MU
campus and, with participation by everyone, to celebrate
the 150th anniversary of Missouri Alpha in 2020."
