BUSINESS OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Assist in directing and coordinating business processes. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and profitability. Manage staff, prepare work schedules and rec- ommend personnel/task assignments. Develop and implement internal poli- cies; formulate procedures; and coordinate business promotion activities. Liaise with various internal departments and ensure compliance with franchise regulations. Requires B.S./B.A. or equivalent in Business, or Arts. 40 hours per week.
