amma Tau celebrated 100 years at the University of Kansas
in 2012. Many Gamma Tau alumni traveled to celebrate the
centennial with alumni and friends. During this celebration,
another core group of alumni committed to investing in the Shelter and
providing viability for the house corporation. e efforts resulted in
$279,000 raised.

ith the reemergence of the chapter in 2006, a dedicated
group of alumni raised $335,000 to make many
immediate improvements to the Shelter. ese men made
investments in Gamma Tau at a critical and risky timeāour current
success is a direct result of their leadership and generosity. e Shelter
was faithfully restored, allowing Gamma Tau to remain competitive
with other newly renovated fraternity houses on the KU campus.
