Arts Council The Arts Council helps promote, fund and encourage artists in every artistic medium. More than being just an exhibit space (though it is that, too), the Arts Council is the engine that drives every manner of creativity in the county by working with artists, collectives and other arts and cultural organizations to fund and en- courage creative pursuits in the area.
