Offi cer Ruvalcaba took the initia- tive to be responsible for many department duties including but not limited to Sex Offender Regis- tration, Certifi ed Commercial Ve- hicle Inspector, Liaison between QPD and the Governor's Offi ce of Highway Safety (GOHS), and Grant Writing.
