Of course, construction projects like this don't happen without the time, effort, and the financial resources of many. On that note, work remains— we're done building but we're certainly not finished paying for these renovations. We still need to raise at least another $150,000 to reach our fundraising goal for this project. Sisters, we have two challenges for you: come to the house and see the finished product for yourself, and fill out the enclosed pledge form to support the project financially. We will have a large plaque placed in the renovated house, which will recognize all donors and families who give $2,500 or more. We knew a renovation would help with recruitment and ensure we're receiving some of KU's best and brightest, but we never anticipated the success we received.
