She is now 80 and attends eta events when she can, and she enjoys work- ing crossword puzzles and working in her yard. Carolyn recently attended the wedding of one eta granddaughter, and another eta grand- daughter is expecting her first child. Kay Adkins Tumelty '56 wants to say hello to her old Theta roommate, Kay Alexander How- ard '56! "I have a great life, and I loved being a Theta." Kay lives in El Paso, Texas. "We have begun trav- eling together once a year and enjoy sightseeing, cooking, and just hanging out with lots of laughs, caring, and sharing. Our eta years are a true bond." Sandra lives in Austin, Texas. Judith Rutledge '59 continues to stay in touch with her pledge sisters. She loves to travel, visit with family and friends, and volunteer with vari- ous organizations. In May 2013 she became a do- cent at the George W. Bush Library and Museum. Mary resides in Granite Shoals, Texas. Sara Lomerson May '63 stays busy teaching GED/ESL and citizenship classes in the Hill Country west of Austin. Her granddaughter is attending Tech next year. She received best of staffing in 2012, 2013, and 2014; and was named one of the top 65 women-owned companies in Dallas by the Dallas Business Journal.
