We look forward to putting these new lessons into practice this fall. MEMBERS MAINTAIN HEALTHY GPA I'm proud to say that Zeta Sigma has remained in the top two for academics out of all IFC fraternities with a 3.01 GPA. That's quite an accomplishment and we hope to maintain if not increase our standing this year. We're hoping for a first place victory! ZETA SIGMA AT KARNEA This summer, I, along with three other Delt representatives, attended Karnea in New Orleans. We had a great time meeting Delts from all over the nation and plan to take advantage of the programming from Karnea with the implementation of leadership skills we obtained. SUCCESSFUL FALL EVENTS PLANNED We're planning our second-annual Delt Dive for the fall, which is our recently adopted local philanthropy event in which teams compete in a sand volleyball tournament. It was quite successful last year and our hope is to make it an even bigger event this year. Our members spent the summer organizing and planning for the fall semester in terms of events, philanthropy, and goal-setting. We anticipate a successful fall recruitment and a subsequent large fall pledge class. Alumni, if you're ever in the area, please stop by the house and see the progress we've made over the years. You'll be glad you did. Fraternally, Colton Beardmore '15, Chapter President (832) 785-8252 / coltonbeardmore@gmail.com CHAPTER RAISES THE BAR THIS FALL (Continued from page 1) From left: Jarred Minshew '17, Colton Beardmore '15, Zach Lawless '15, and Anthony Padilla '15 at Karnea in New Orleans this summer.
