I had the pleasure to go inside the kitchen with Dawn Dawkins Caison at Hot Diggidy Dog. is small, family-owned and operated business has a loyal following and puts a new spin on the old favorite by wrapping it in everyone's favorite meat candy…bacon. Another favorite topping is their handmade coleslaw on the Carolina dog. Need I say more? Baseball.
