Stott & Associates developed a tactical approach for future improvements based on the needs of our members and housing competition from other fraternities, residence halls, and off-campus housing. Some of the more immediate improvements have been made in recent summers, including the installation of a fire suppression system and wire- less Internet throughout the house. After the house flooded in January 2010, a number of upgrades were made at the time the house was being repaired. These changes include new bathrooms on the second and third floors and suite-style rooms in the southwest corner of the house. Basement Highlights • Combine existing TV room and computer room into large study room with accommodations for group and individual study. Adjoin existing utility room with computer room and move printers to eliminate background noise. • Replace light fixtures for additional and enhanced lighting in new study areas. • Convert physical fitness room into lounge/recreational room. • Make necessary repairs to flooring, fixtures and walls due to everyday use and remaining flood damage.
