Park Steering Committee will host a formal Memorial Day Ceremony. There will be bleacher seating for 300 and people are also encouraged to bring lawn chairs. This is a colorful military-type event to memorialize our war dead. The event will include posting of the colors, an invocation, the National Anthem, a Toast to the Flag, singing of America the Beautiful, a guest speaker, wreath presentations to monuments, Amaz- ing Grace played on the bagpipes, a benediction, rendering of honors and TAPS.
