Each act was to choose a quote to write their show around. Tri Delta chose the quote: "Hate doesn't drive out hate, only love can do that," from Martin Luther King Jr. Our show was called "The House of Stone" and is about three friends who get lost in the woods looking for their brother and stumble upon an old house. They go inside hoping their brother had done the same only to find an evil witch. The witch turns everyone who enters into stone to keep them because she is lonely. The friends devise a plan to steal the witch's power and turn her into stone, but in the end they realize that only love will break the spell. Congratulations to Tri Delta for winning! Sisters Partner with Beta Theta Pi and Delta Chi T heta Gamma had the privilege of hosting KOCO's chief meteorologist, Damon Lane, for our spring risk management event. Mr. Lane's presentation covered the basics of tornadoes and informed our members about how to stay safe in the event of a tornado. In the Theta Gamma Chapter, we have members from Oklahoma who have experienced tornadoes, but we also have members who have very little familiarity with such events. As a chapter, we hope to make our members more aware of the risks while providing the knowledge necessary to keep them safe. – Lish Babinec '12, Risk Management Officer Sisters Learn about Tornado Preparation and Safety
