Meadow Creek Distributing. MODE will begin distribution of their luxury appliance brands
in the following territories:

The Founder and President of MODE, Monte Walsh, has an exceptional history in the world of luxury
product distribution. Walsh was on the board of Luwa Distributing in the Northwest for over 12 years,
when he purchased the assets and inventory of VAH Marketing in April 2012.
Over the past two years, MODE Distributing has expanded their product line to include the following
luxury appliance brands:
