Nancy Wick '66, Seattle, Wash., notes that since retiring from the
University of Washington in December 2011, she has been busy with
her freelance editing business, Enlightened Edits. She also volunteers
for her local yoga studio, serves as secretary for UW Retirement
Association, and is a volunteer monitoring courtroom process for the
King County Sexual Assault Resource Center. In spring 2013, she and
her husband, Maurice, enjoyed a trip to Tasmania and New Zealand.

Maureen Jackson Hudson '78 is a fourth grade teacher and the Liberty
North High School Band Booster president. She says her son, Matthew,

Joanna Russell Bliss '92 and her husband, Tim, welcomed their son,
Andrew, in April 2013. She works as a freelance writer and website
manager for several clients in Los Angeles and New York. They

Margery Wickham Waller '96, Jackson, Miss., received her bachelor
of music education in May 2008 and in June of that year married John
Waller. Margery has been working as an elementary school music

Meredith Stevens '01 and her boyfriend, Stephen, purchased their first
home in Highlands Ranch, Colo. Meredith was promoted to Director of
Digital Marketing for the National Cattleman's Beef Association, where

Alex Rampy Bornkessel '03 served on the RAMS steering committee
for three years during college. Ever since, she has continued her
fundraising efforts for multiple sclerosis. Her family recently started
the Rampy MS Research Foundation, whose cornerstone event, the
Trifest for MS, takes place annually on Labor Day in Bentonville, Ark.
All proceweds benefit the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences
