After you have three straps, lay them flat and wrap a piece of tape around the ends to hold them together. Braid the three straps together and secure with tape. Tape each end to the inside of the purse. Decorate by taping on a silk flower, if you like, or make a geometric pat- tern on the purse with more tape.
