An active member of Sigma Sigma Alumnae Chapter in St. Louis for as long as I can remember, Mom served as an officer many times, played bridge, volunteered when needed, and was always a proud ACW. Mom and I have shared many Alpha Chi Omega moments: she was at my initiation, I presented her with her 50-year pin when I was president of Alpha Omega Alpha, the Alumnae Chapter in Birmingham, Michigan, and I was there when Carol Frank gave Mom her 75-year pin. The St. Louis Alpha Chis continue to enrich my 96-year-old mother's life with cards, phone calls, and visits.
