He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Thelma, and is survived by his sons, Paul III and Chris. John C. Shook '51 entered Chapter Eternal March 30, 2013. He was a former president and longtime treasurer for the U.S. Animal Health Association. He had a passion for golf and Dachshunds. John was preceded in death by his wife, Jean, and is survived by his sons, John and Terry, three grandsons, and two great-granddaughters. Alumni news Craig Weaver '75 works for Dariy Farmers of America as manager of hauler relations. He and his wife of 30 years live in Windber, Pa., and have two children. Their son attends Penn State and their daughter is finishing physical therapy school at Mount Aloysius. Joseph Rine '77 retired from the United States Air Force in 2006. He now works for Lockheed Martin in New York. Joseph and his wife, Nancy, live in Au Sable Forms, N.Y., and have two children, Natalie and Jack.
