Box 3435, Alexandria VA 22302 Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation and name of employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. The maximum an individual may contribute is $5,000 per calendar year.
