The District wishes to retain a developer/constructor team that has the financial strength, management and development expertise to complete these projects by - per milestone phasing as determined by the best interests of the District. The firm(s) will be selected based on qualifications that in- clude relevant experience with public school construction, ex- perience with Division of State Architect school construction approval process, and a proven track record in the development and construction of schools uti- lizing the lease/lease-back pro- visions of the Education Code Section 17406. This request for qualification ("RFQ") is neither a formal re- quest for bids, nor an offer by the District to contract with any party responding to this RFQ.
