February 19, 2014 www.DesertMessenger.com 31 QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department January 24 - February 12, 2014 1/24: Marc Bellanger, age 43, from San Jacinto, CA was cited and released via long-form for Criminal Trespass. 1/25: Celia Baker, age 23, from Los Angeles, CA was arrested and booked into jail for DUI. 1/25: Forest Young, age 23, from Pacifi c Palisades, CA was cited and released for having an Open Alcohol Container in Vehicle. 1/26: Curtis Crofts, age 45, from Boise, ID was arrested and booked into jail for a Fugitive from Justice Warrant out of Idaho. 1/26: Lonnie Rogers, age 49, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Failure to Control Speed of a Vehicle to Avoid a Collision, and Driving with a Suspended License. 1/26: Lonnie Rogers, age 49, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for an Outstanding Warrant out of Quartzsite Magistrate Court for Contempt of Court. 1/27: Byron Wilson, age 31, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct. 2/1: Robert Reiter, age 48, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Dogs at Large. 2/1: James Foley, age 44, from El Cajon, CA was cited and released for Reckless Driving. 2/1: Howard Carter, age 59, from Rialto, CA was cited and released for Driving with a Suspended License. 2/3: Candice Bowles, age 32, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Man- datory Insurance Suspension, No Proof of Insurance, and No Proof of Registration. 2/3: Orlando Tinoco, age 22, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for an Outstanding Warrant out of La Paz County for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. 2/4: Raelynn Noble, age 25, from Glendale was arrested and booked into jail for Theft of Means of Transporta- tion, Theft of Services, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 2/4: Forrest Windsor, age 19, from Phoenix, was cited and released via long-form for Theft of Services and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 2/4: Divine Hamill, age 25, from Phoenix, was cited and released via long-form for Theft of Services and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 2/5: Rodney Prestridge, age 42, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for an Outstanding Felony Warrant for Probation Violation. 2/5: Forrest Windsor, age 19, from Phoenix, was arrested and booked into jail for Theft and Criminal Trespassing. 2/5: Divine Hamill, age 25, from Phoenix, was arrested and booked into jail for Theft and Criminal Tres- passing. 2/10: Ashley Holton, age 37, from Lafette, CA was arrested and booked into jail for Possession of Drug Para- phernalia and Disorderly Conduct. 2/12: Lonnie Rogers, age 49, was arrested and booked into jail for Driv- ing with a Suspended License. 2/12: Lisa Denney, age 31, from Fontana, CA was arrested and booked into jail for an Outstanding Felony Warrant out of La Paz County Supe- rior Court for Probation Violation. 2/12: Daniel Roemer, age 34, from Burbank, CA was arrested and booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct.
