Great project for a pledge class or generous individual $60-85,000. Second and Third Floor Highlights • Convert cold-air dormitory into four-man suite complete with two-man bedrooms and central lounge area. • Reconfigure library space on each floor into two-man bedrooms. • Combine three existing study rooms into four-man suites. • Demolish computer distribution center to expand adjoining suites. • Replace windows that were not replaced following the pipes bursting. • Add heating and air-conditioning system to bedrooms and study rooms.
