We are excited to welcome 62 new members and increase our chapter size to 200. Altering our new member program to align with Alpha Chi's best practices has allowed us to have a high retention rate of new members. Our Big/Little reveal was an exciting time for chapter members to get to know each other. Philanthropy Benefits Peaceful Paths We hosted our annual philanthropy, G.I. Alpha Chi, which benefits Peaceful Paths. We coached a team of fraternity members through a variety of military-themed events, such as tire flipping, tug of war, mental challenges, and an inflatable obstacle course. This event continues to get better each year. After much strenuous planning, it was truly a success. Reconnect on Social Media Chelsea Monk '10 has done an excellent job of managing our social media accounts. Look on page 4 for more information about connecting with Gamma Iota online. Our accounts are constantly updated with new pictures of what is going on in the chapter. We also invite you to take part in our hashtag campaign. We encourage you to post pictures and posts about why you love Alpha Chi. Make sure to use #WhyAlphaChiWednesday to connect your photos with sisters from Gamma Iota. As always, we welcome you to stop by the chapter house anytime. We would love to hear from you!
