The programming for the evening is Jeff Beck's Tribute to Les Paul. One Nite Only has been performing in the area since 1999 and has garnered the respect of local event promoters, nonprofits and musicians because it will play any- where people gather. The band has per- formed for the Blues for Pool benefits, Alterna- tives to Violence, Relay for Life, Farmers Mar- kets, 4th of July Shows in Red Bluff's River Park and too many other events over the years in this region. “We are an eight-piece combo that just won't quit,” said bilcrook, founder of the group. “KIXE is great for showcasing the band, they are always a breeze to work with,” says drummer and percussion- ist Ted "The Legend" Evans. This event will provide an exciting night of first- rate country music entertainment in Coming, and all proceeds will be donated to Corning Union High School District. The dire state budget has left schools without previously available funds to provide for a variety of needs, such as purchasing classroom materials or current, high-interest literature for the library. At the concert will also be a silent auction as well as a raffle. Local businesses are encouraged to donate an item or items to the auction or raffle, or underwrite a portion of the event. Businesses that donate will be recognized at the concert in the form of a banner or poster with a list of sponsors.
