7 alpha gamma rho Gamma Brothers Come Together to Fight Leukemia L ast fall, the brothers of Gamma Chapter teamed up with Delta Gamma to register potential bone marrow donors on Penn State's campus. The project dates back two years, when Ryan Lynch '11 (G1565) organized a smaller drive in our house. Brother Dillon Santopietro '11 (G1594) and I worked on that success, putting together a larger-scale event. The event was held in the alumni hall on campus and, between our brothers and Delta Gamma, we registered 356 potential donors. The drive ranked within the top one percent of all college bone marrow drives. Our work on this project would not have been possible Congratulations, Graduating Seniors G amma Chapter would like to extend hearty congratulations to the four senior members graduating this May. If your firm is looking for sharp new graduates in a specific career field, why not contact one of your fellow AGRs who might still be seeking a job opportunity? Simply e-mail or call, request their résumé, and schedule an interview. Their fraternity leadership skills and valued education at Penn State will be immediate assets to your organization. A couple of things that I have implemented while in office are creating an AGR Gamma Chapter alumni Facebook page and creating a universal e-mail. On the Facebook page, alumni and undergraduates have been able to post comments and pictures about what is going on in their lives and at the chapter house. Some alumni have even been able to reconnect with brothers from their classes that they haven't spoken to in years. The universal e-mail that I created is agrgammaalumnirelations@gmail.com. This e-mail will be passed down from the previous VNR AR to the new one, and gives Gamma alumni a standard, non-changing e-mail that they will always be able to use for questions and find out about the new and exciting things going on at Gamma.
