"I would not trade my time living in the KD house for anything—it gave all of us the opportunity to become really close friends, as well as have an awesome, safe, clean, and centrally located place to live…I am looking forward to a place to have game day meals and reunions that can accommodate everyone." –Morgan Henry '07,   UA Law Student and 2010 Chapter President O Investing in Our Future ur investment in the future of Zeta Chapter will ensure the success of our Chapter and will promote a legacy upon which to build an even greater sisterhood. We urge your thoughtful consideration of this plan. With your support, our legacy will continue to provide a quality living environment that supports, nurtures, and develops outstanding young women with the skills and confidence to face an ever-changing world. The commitment we make today cannot be underestimated—it will have a far-reaching effect on the lives our Zeta sisters for years to come. Giving Plan KD leadership is committed to this major undertaking, and we are urging every alumna to consider major gifts to the campaign. Gifts can be made over a five-year pledge period. They can be made in honor or in memory of other KDs. In such cases, recognition will be made to both the donor and the honoree. Donor Recognition Each alumna that contributes $2,500 or more will be recognized on a prominently displayed plaque in the house. Naming opportunities are also available to recognize your support. All donors will be recognized in campaign publications unless otherwise notified. 100% Tax Deductible All donations will be a tax-deductible gift to the University of Alabama for KD's First Sorority, First Circle campaign. Donors will receive full credit for their campaign gifts to both KD and the University. It's our turn This stage of our project requires assistance from a highly selective group of alumnae—like you. We are working to identify sisters who have both the ability and interest to provide major assistance to the project. Remember that each of us benefited from the generosity, work, and sacrifice of those who went before us. We all enjoyed the comfort and sisterhood KD provided during our years at the University of Alabama. Now it is our turn to support Zeta Chapter and ensure that the same, wonderful experience is available to others.
