W H AT I N S P I R E S Y O U ?
Normally, this page simply asks one question: "What inspires you?" But with Lena, I felt I
wanted to say just a little more. I've had the pleasure of getting to know her over the past few
years, and she is one of those rare people whose warmth, kindness, and genuine gratitude leave
a lasting impression. She has enjoyed remarkable success professionally, yet it is her grace,
resilience, and the way she embraces life that inspire me most. I couldn't think of a more fitting
person to share what inspires her with all of you. —NB
Over the past year, my definition of inspiration has shifted. I've
found myself less interested in what people have accomplished
and more interested in what has shaped them. The journeys
they've taken, the reinventions they've embraced, the creativity
they've cultivated, and the experiences that have made them
who they are, both personally and professionally. Those are the
stories I find myself returning to again and again because
they're the ones that connect us.
