SCSU enters the NCHC Frozen Faceoff
as the fifth seed, marking the seventh time in
eight seasons of the head coach Brett Larson
era that the Huskies have finished in the top
five of the NCHC standings. SCSU is 7-4
all-time in NCHC Quarterfinals series (13-11
overall), 6-1 in the NCHC semifinal round and
2-4 in the NCHC Championship game with
Frozen Faceoff titles in 2016 and 2023.
