At Redstone, we believe in celebrating the good that's happening all around us. Every day, people in our communities are stepping up, lending a hand, and making life brighter for others. Two of my favorite ways we get to recognize that spirit are through our Community Champions initiative and our Community Impact Grant program. Community Champions is one way we shine a spotlight on people who are making a real difference – neighbors who are finding bold, creative, and caring ways to strengthen our communities. When we support organizations like these, we're not just writing a check; we're helping expand opportunity, creating access, and helping people move forward. Read more about these two programs in this issue. Together, these programs reflect what Redstone is all about: "People Helping People." In 2024, that meant more than $1.4 million in support for nearly 1,000 community groups. However, behind every dollar is a story: a student who gets a chance, a family that finds stability, a neighbor who feels supported. I am proud of the work we do together. And I'm even more proud of the people we get to recognize along the way. eir light reminds us all to keep looking for ways, big and small, to make life better for others. at's what it means to "Live Brighter." 6
