THE FUTURE OF GAMMA THETA
F
or generations, our chapter house has been more than just a building. It has been
a place where lifelong friendships were formed, leadership was developed, and
memories were made. It has served as a constant through the decades, offering a
sense of belonging and identity to every brother who has walked through its doors.
Today, the responsibility to protect and preserve that legacy falls to us. Our house
holds the spirit of Gamma Theta, connecting brothers of the past with those of the
present and future. As we look ahead, we must ensure that this space continues to
support the needs of the chapter, not only as a symbol of our tradition but also as a
functional, welcoming, and safe environment for the next generation.
Future brothers deserve a home that fosters growth, builds community, and supports
academic success. With thoughtful updates and improvements, we can ensure the
house remains a vibrant part of the Gamma Theta experience.
HOUSE RENOVATIONS: $500,000
New windows in the sunroom, living room, and bedrooms.
Tuckpointing the limestone to stop damage from water and mold and
to prevent structural problems.
DEBT REDUCTION: $500,000
Paying off this mortgage debt will lay the foundation for lasting financial
stability and help ensure the house's legacy thrives for generations to
come. In the future, this will also empower the House Corporation to invest
more fully in essential improvements and meaningful maintenance.
"Giving back to Gamma Theta has
always felt like a meaningful way to
repay what this chapter has given
me. I participated in the first effort
and was honored to participate
again. I believe in what ATΩ stands
for, and I want to help preserve the
proud tradition and rich history that
shaped all of us. Together, we can
ensure future brothers have the same
opportunities we were so fortunate to
experience and keep Gamma Theta
strong for generations to come."
