n honor of this centennial, the AO House Corporation has made significant investments
to preserve and enhance our historic chapter house. Guided by a board of six dedicated
alumni, the Corporation has undertaken a wide range of improvements this year:
• Kitchen renovation with new walk-in coolers and freezers
• Back patio rebuild with canopy for increased outdoor use
• Bike room reconstruction in support of the Little 500 team
• New furniture, Adirondack chairs, and outdoor enhancements
• Wall and ceiling repair, deep cleaning, and fresh paint throughout
• TV and conference upgrades, mattress sanitation, and much more
Looking ahead, we're evaluating window replacements and HVAC improvements, including
the potential addition of central air. Our goal is to ensure the next century begins with a
chapter house ready to serve future generations.
