his semester has been a remarkable period of growth and success for our chapter, marked by
achievements in academics, philanthropy, campus involvement, and events.
Our members continue to excel academically, achieving a GPA of 3.64 this past semester. Special
recognition goes to 20 brothers who have maintained a perfect GPA of 4.0 as well as to another 26
brothers who achieved a 4.0 during the fall 2024 semester.
Our chapter also organized several impactful philanthropic initiatives. This spring, we hosted
our first Kicking Cancer with KA event in partnership with Triumph Over Kids' Cancer, raising
more than $4,000 for cancer research! A special shoutout goes to Ben Ridder '22 for leading the
philanthropy committee and to Jack Schaefer '23 for ensuring the event's success as head social.
Additionally, we participated in the Ortega Elementary tutoring program last fall, contributing 400
volunteer hours to support young students in their learning and development.
The semester was also filled with memorable events that strengthened our chapter's bonds and
engagement. Highlights include our annual Christmas Formal, attended by over 180 members
and their dates, where we celebrated the end of the fall semester and welcomed new members
into the chapter.
As we reflect on this semester's accomplishments, we're proud of the dedication and teamwork
displayed by every member. Looking ahead, we aim to build on this momentum and continue
making a positive impact within both UT and the broader Austin community.
Thank you for your support!
