G amma Delta has broken ground at 1101 W. University Avenue, after over four years of planning. We are eternally grateful to the 173 generous donors who have pledged over $13 million toward our reconstruction efforts. The home we're building is more than just a house, it represents how far Sigma Chi has come at OSU. As you may have heard, Gamma Delta was featured in the spring 2025 issue of Sigma Chi's magazine! That article covers our Chapter's journey from an existential struggle in 2012 to becoming the premiere brotherhood you see today. Further proof of this arrived last year when Gamma Delta won its first-ever OSU Troxel Award as the most outstanding Chapter on campus. We may not be the first OSU Fraternity in recent history to build a new facility, but we have an opportunity to complete the most successful campaign. Alumni participation has grown to 12% of our base, bringing us another step closer to our goal of 20%. We are also on track to double the next-largest fraternity campaign at OSU. By reaching our $17 million goal, we can complete the new Chapter house with minimal (if any) long-term debt for today's brothers—something many recent OSU campaigns weren't able to do. To make this happen, we need all alumni to give what they can. Brothers, are you ready to lead Sigma Chi into the future? Your donation, no matter the size, helps ensure that stands out brighter than ever at 1101 W. University Avenue. As the campaign name—The Next 100 Years of Leadership—implies, this investment goes beyond four years of college. This will be a place for Sigma Chi brothers to gather, support one another, and celebrate a lifetime of accomplishments. Any brother or friend who contributes $5,000 or more will secure their place on our donor plaque in the new Chapter house. Whether it's through a multi-year pledge or simply a one- time gift, every dollar counts. Please consider using the enclosed pledge form and mailing your donation or visiting thenext100yearsofleadership.causevox.com to give back today! Our campaign is already making history, but it only succeeds if more of you join us. This is your chance to ensure that Sigma Chi's unique opportunities have a future at Oklahoma state. Please add your name to the next chapter of our story!
