I hope you all have had a warm transition into the summer. It's clear this year has been filled with challenges, achievements, and memories that will stick with the Chapter for years to come. Winter quarter saw the Brothers power through the Seattle gloom with a strong focus on academics, philanthropy, and strengthening our presence in the UW and Greek communities. Will Hunt '26 and Parker Ritzman '26 launched Ripple, UW's first personalized student marketplace. Niko Carste '26 founded Coast, a gel company for runners. Blake Gettman '27 continued volunteering at Seattle Children's Hospital, often joined by Brothers such as Patrick Horner '28. Parik Kukreja '27 and Emmett Butcher '26 secured internships, while Ryan Dreuth '26 and Emarson Dearborn '27 founded a new networking and professional development club on campus. With at least one team representing the house in every intramural sport, it's safe to say our competitive spirit is alive and well. To augment that, Washington Chapter brought home seven out of 13 total awards and swept the individual award categories at the school's annual Greek awards ceremony. Michael Derr '84 won Alumni Chapter Advisor of the Year, Will Hunt won Chapter Member of the Year, and Carson Nakagawara '26 won Chapter Officer of the Year. As a Chapter, we brought home the plaques for outstanding philanthropy, diversity, equity, and inclusion, excellence in campus involvement, and most outstanding alumni relations. Academically, the Chapter hit all GPA targets at the end of winter quarter while posting a 3.6 cumulative GPA, a testament to the dedication across all classes. Spring break gave each class a chance to unwind. Freshmen took their traditional trip to Newport Beach, sophomores soaked up the sun in Cabo, and juniors wrapped up studying abroad before returning to make the house whole again. Having our upperclassmen back under one roof has brought new energy and leadership. Spring quarter brought momentum and meaning. In week two, we raised a record-breaking $80,000 for Stanley Stamm Camp at Seattle Children's Hospital—our 10th anniversary hosting the auction event. A huge shoutout to Will Hunt, Ryan Dreuth, Blake Gettmann, Emarson Dearborn, and Moses Trundle- Strachan '27. To wrap up the quarter, we celebrated one of our most anticipated traditions: the Memorial Day trip to Vantage, Washington. The weather couldn't have been better as we spent the weekend enjoying the water, the sun, and most importantly, each other. As summer begins, Alpha Delta Phi remains rooted in purpose, progress, and brotherhood. Whether it's through service, academics, or tradition, the drive to better ourselves and those around us remains strong. To our alumni—no matter how near or far—you're always welcome home.
