T he Manus Multae Cor Unum Mentorship Program at Alpha Delta Phi is a cornerstone of the fraternity's commitment to personal and professional development, helping our undergraduates excel as they leave the Temple and start their careers. This program emphasizes the importance of mentorship, a vital tool in shaping individuals into successful, well-rounded leaders on campus and beyond. Since the founding of this program two years ago, we have connected over 30 undergraduates with alumni from all ages and walks of life. These alumni have helped land interviews, provided career guidance, been someone to bounce ideas off, and ultimately been a long-term mentor, which we all know is critical in anyone's life. Mentorship is not just about advice or guidance; it's about building lasting relationships that support growth, development, and success in all aspects of life. Through Manus Multae, Alpha Delta Phi members are paired with alumni who provide valuable insights into academic achievement, career paths, networking, and personal growth. This connection fosters a sense of community, where experience and wisdom are shared across generations, creating a lasting legacy of support and connection. The program's name reflects the collaborative nature of mentorship within the fraternity, leveraging the many hands of Alpha Delts who have come through the Temple. We are always growing our list of mentors to ensure we are pairing undergraduates with the best fit possible depending on their goals, aspirations, and career path. The mentorship program is a space where both mentors and mentees can grow, learn, and benefit from each other's experiences.
