e obtained our grading permit in the fall and the lot was cleared, with the base rock
brought in and fenced. The building permit has not been issued yet due to changes
requested by the City of Eugene.
The major change is that all three floors must be accessible. The only way to meet this
requirement is to include an elevator in the project. After drawing updates, the architect
resubmitted our plans the week of April 14. We hope to have the building permit by the time you
read this; construction will start at that time. We are still on schedule for a fall 2026 opening!
