he National Association of the Remodeling Industry
(NARI) has announced the winners of the 2025
National Remodeler of the Year™ Awards,
honoring the top remodeling professionals from across
the country for their outstanding projects.
Formerly known as the Contractor of the Year (CotY)
Awards, the newly renamed NARI Remodeler of the Year
Awards reflect the evolving, collaborative nature of the
remodeling industry. The updated name better captures
the spirit of today's professionals – those who blend
creative concepts with technical expertise to deliver
transformative results.
"These awards celebrate the heart of our industry –
skilled professionals who combine vision, expertise, and a
deep commitment to quality," said NARI President Aaron
Enfinger, CR. "The NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards not
only honor exceptional projects, but also the collaboration
and craftsmanship that define modern remodeling."
This year, 40 national winners with 16 team members
were selected from 160 regional winners, representing a
collective $190 million in projects. Award categories
span the breadth of the industry, from residential kitchens
and bathrooms, to historical renovations, commercial
interiors, outdoor living spaces, and more.
A panel of industry experts evaluated each project,
with judging based on problem-solving, functionality,
aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and overall
presentation.
The NARI Remodeler of the Year
™
Awards continue a
longstanding tradition of celebrating excellence,
leadership, and the forward momentum of the remodeling
profession. Congratulations to the 2025 winners for
setting a new standard – and inspiring what's possible –
in remodeling today.
