lpha Gamma Rho is about young men coming together
across varied walks of life, finding common interests
and a common cause, and pursuing a passion for bettering
themselves, their fellow brother, and the industry they
love. Over ninety years ago, Alpha Iota was established at
the University of Arkansas, which began a long-standing
history of brotherhood and fellowship.
Alpha Iota Chapter has initiated over 1,400 members since
1934. Our Chapter has nurtured and sustained men during
their formative years and cultivated lasting friendships. Alpha
Iota has been a crucial, foundational experience, preparing our
brothers to lead and persevere through life's challenges. So
many of our Alpha Iota brothers have taken their experiences
as an AGR and have gone on to make significant impacts in
their career fields and in their communities.
Looking to the future of Alpha Gamma Rho at the University
of Arkansas, we must continue to provide a home for young
men to form stronger bonds of brotherhood and succeed
academically, socially, and professionally.
Now is the time to leave our legacy at the U of A, by creating
a lasting home that will support generations of AGR men for
years to come.
