Brothers gather at Golden Gardens during the annual pledges vs. actives football game during Work Week in the fall quarter. Attendees enjoy our Parent's Gameday event at the Lodge in the fall, sponsored by Red Bull. CHI PSI • UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON • SPRING 2025 A lpha Theta Delta is in a phenomenal position as we move through spring quarter. With 58 fully initiated brothers, we are very proud to say that the Lodge is completely full for the first time since pre-COVID. All four pledge classes are living together, which is a huge testament to the commitment of our senior class and the strong culture we've built. Even more impressively, we maintained 100% retention from our most recent pledge class, and our new recruitment team has already signed the first member of PC '25. Alpha Leadership Our new executive board, Jake Edwards '27 (#2), Yuichiro Murakami '27 (#3), and Logan Dice '27 (#4), has hit the ground running. We've also instituted a new professional development chairman, Ned Chapman '26, whose focus is on directly connecting undergraduate brothers to alumni who are seeking to hire. Our Alpha continues to excel academically with more than 60% of brothers landing on the dean's list in the winter quarter. Fraternal Growth In February, we initiated 19 brothers with Cody Saben '14 in attendance, marking our first alumni-present initiation since COVID. We look forward to welcoming a large alumni contingent to next year's initiation, and will follow up with further information so that you can join. Also in February, eight brothers traveled to Eugene for the Rowe Regional Conference, where they engaged with West Coast Alphas and proudly represented Theta Delta. Campus Activity We continue to be recognized across the Greek community on campus, bringing home four IFC awards for excellence in chapter management, risk management, public relations, and chapter development. Alpha Theta Delta also continues to demonstrate leadership on campus with Colin Chatham '27 stepping into the role of IFC vice president, Will Fuendeling '27 joining the IFC Standards Board as associate justice, and Zac Mosher '27 taking a seat on the ASUW Senate. As of publication in May, we are preparing for our second year of Coffee and Conversations, our philanthropy event to raise awareness of sexual assault, held during Denim Weekend in partnership with Alpha Chi Omega. The Alpha is also ramping up for Stuff the Bus at the end of May, which is our largest event of the year and collected 22,000 and 18,000 meals respectively in the last two years. With a strong recruitment team, ambitious underclassman brothers, and a full Lodge over the summer thanks to three consecutive years of strong recruitment, Theta Delta is positioned to carry this momentum forward into another impactful and successful year.
