Before we started the campaign, we did a feasibility study that said we might have the capability to raise $1.6 to $1.8 million with a 20% participation rate (meaning the number of alumni who could be expected to participate in the campaign). What we have achieved over the last six years has far exceeded this: $2.5 million raised to date | 25% participation rate Top classes by dollar (in order, over $100,000): 1990, 1973, 1996, 1986, 1983, 1976 Top classes by percent participation: 1989 (12), 1981 (10), 1976 (8), 1969/1983/1986 (7) We are in the process of finalizing the campaign recognition plaques, which will be unveiled at our 135th. That said, there is still time to get involved or increase your level of giving. Here are a couple of giving scenarios I would ask you to consider: • Add a sixth year to your five-year commitment (something I have personally done, as have several others). • Make an extra gift to move to the next level of recognition (reminder: if you give at least $25,000 in total, there are naming rights available for different areas of the Shelter). • If you have not given, it is not too late—any amount is welcome and appreciated! Congratulations TO OUR GRADUATING SENIORS HONORING DONORS AT HOMECOMING Make Your Final Gifts Soon! As we close out the campaign, I do have one more ask: please do not stop giving in the years to come! Your ongoing support will continue to be critical for the long-term viability of Beta Omicron. I am unbelievably grateful to all the committee members, era leads, class leads, and everyone who has given. Thank you for all you have done, and will continue to do, to ensure that those who come after us will get the same opportunities for lifelong brotherhood and the "happy life" that is talked about in the Delt creed. Fraternally, Sonny Sonnenstein '90 Campaign Committee Chairman
