This campaign is a testament to our fraternal loyalty, and we appreciate everyone who has contributed so far. The ongoing campaign has provided us with the funding to purchase a property at 1211 13th Street. We cannot express our gratitude enough for the contributions that made this possible. We are currently in final negotiations to become owners of the building. For the past year the chapter leased the basement area as a meeting and social space for the chapter. The building also includes apartments we will renovate to become the future home of Beta Kappa. W illiam Nassif '27, a CU sophomore, demonstrated dedication to our values of service and excellence through his leadership role in the Fraternity as an outstanding philanthropy chairman. This semester, he joins the executive board as treasurer/VP and will continue to do amazing things. "I'm from Boulder and am a pre-med molecular biology student. In FIJI, I served as the philanthropy chairman for the fall 2024 semester, where I was able to put on events that raised $7,538 for a large variety of worthy causes within the Boulder area. I also started Phi Gams 4 Boulder, a monthly philanthropy in which we hand out food, water, and clothes to the homeless. "I was recently elected as the treasurer/vice president, and I can't wait to have a greater impact on the Chapter and the Boulder community. Outside of FIJI, I have three jobs that keep me very busy. I work as an EMT, undergraduate researcher, and kids' supervisor. When I'm not working, I like to weightlift, hike, and of course, hang with my brothers in FIJI."
