gamma crescent W hen I was elected as Noble Ruler, I knew this chapter was at a turning point. After years of rebuilding, it was time to not only restore what had been lost, but also to take Gamma Chapter to new heights. This semester has been a testament to the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our brothers, and I couldn't be prouder of what we've accomplished so far. One of the biggest achievements of the semester has been our recruitment success. We brought in 27 new members in the spring, a clear sign that AGR is not only growing but also thriving. These new brothers bring fresh energy and a commitment to the values that define us. Our chapter also made an incredible impact on Penn State THON, raising over $178,000 to support the fight against childhood cancer. This effort speaks volumes about the dedication of our brothers and our shared commitment to something bigger than ourselves. THON is more than a fundraiser for us—it is a core part of our identity, and we will continue to push the limits of what we can accomplish. Beyond recruitment and philanthropy, we have made tremendous strides in reconnecting with our alumni and National leadership. For too long that relationship had been strained, but I made a commitment to consistently spearhead weekly communication. We are rebuilding trust and ensuring that AGR remains strong for generations to come. Our efforts have already led to a visit (with positive feedback) from National, confirming we are on the right path. A major focus of my presidency has been ensuring that our chapter is fully aligned with the values and expectations of AGR National. This means strengthening our commitment to leadership, academic excellence, and brotherhood—the pillars that define AGR. We have worked hard to bring back a culture of accountability and respect, creating an environment where every brother is empowered to grow personally and professionally. National has recognized our efforts, and I am proud to say our chapter is now a model of what it means to be an AGR man. In addition, all nine of our executive board members attended the Top Leaders Institute in Albany, New York. This leadership conference gave our officers a deep understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, build a strong brotherhood, and uphold the values of AGR at the highest level. The lessons learned will not only benefit us individually but will help guide the chapter as we continue to grow. We also stand in our best position yet with the Standards of Chapter Excellence under Penn State IFC. This distinction reflects the discipline, accountability, and high standards our brothers have upheld this year. Looking ahead, this is only the beginning. My focus remains on strengthening our brotherhood, fostering leadership, and ensuring that AGR is not just back but better than ever. We will continue to expand our recruitment efforts, strengthen our philanthropic impact, develop new professional opportunities for brothers, and solidify our presence within the Greek community. The foundation has been set. This is The New Era for AGR, and I am excited for what's to come.
