Our efforts raised over $68,000, making Beta Mu the top philanthropic Fraternity and second philanthropic organization overall among Greek and cooperative life! We used this momentum to host several other fundraisers, including a Huck-A-Puck event, and we look forward to more events this spring. ACADEMICS Beta Mu strengthened its academic presence on campus with a cumulative house GPA of 3.27. is landed us a top five placement among fraternities with over 100 members (and top 10 in fraternities overall). Academics continue to be a focal point for the chapter, exemplified by each brother's devotion to their scholastic and professional development. ATHLETICS Beta Mu blew the competition away! For the first time in Purdue's history, a single organization won both the Greek Basketball Association Championship in the fall and the Intramural Basketball Championship in the spring! Featuring highlight performances from Grant Johnson '25 and Max Wilson '25, the spring season's finale at Mackey Arena ended with a dominant Beta Mu victory of 54-41. Along with our basketball triumphs, Beta Mu clinched the Fall Intramural Football Championship. Led by Owen Schafer '25 and Josh Stone '25, our seniors truly le a lasting mark on our Chapter's athletic legacy. We anticipate even more victories to come, with a promising group of rising Betas ready to take the reins! BROTHERHOOD AND COMMUNITY SERVICE ese remain a prominent aspect of life at Beta Mu. Fueled by Chapter-wide highway and river cleanups, winterization projects, blood drives, and more, the Chapter amassed an impressive 316 community service hours. Brotherhood events, headed by Hunter Austel '27, included Back-to-Beta cookouts, Secret Santa in the winter, and an in-house 3 vs. 3 basketball tournament. LOOKING AHEAD Whether it's dedicating hours to community efforts, growing academically and athletically, or developing our sense of camaraderie as a Chapter, Beta Mu members truly embody the Fraternity experience and exhibit our core values in everything we do! We readily await further opportunities to develop and succeed as a chapter.
