Colorado Gamma Officers Return from Carlson Leadership Academy Ready to Lead T his February, Colorado Gamma's officers attended the 2025 Carlson Leadership Academy in Kansas City, where they gained valuable leadership training. They've returned eager to apply these insights and make 2025 our best year yet. Colorado Gamma and the Alumni and Volunteer Corporation (AVC) received three prestigious awards while at Carlson. The Donald C. McCleary Excellence in Member Development Award recognized our chapter's commitment to holistic development. The Sunago Award for Excellence in Mentorship honored the AVC's strong mentor connections, fostering collaboration between volunteers and undergraduates. The AVC Operational Excellence Award recognized the AVC's exceptional support in operations, resulting in superior facilities and chapter functions for undergraduates. Congratulations to our officers and volunteers who took time out of their schedules to attend: Dean Montoya '26, Mason Smith '27, Jared Barton '27, Ray Kappel '27, Ford Thompson '27, Joseph Curtis '27, Tim Kervin '27, Holden Booher '28, and AVC President Dan Reagan '82. Their dedication sets the stage for a successful year ahead. Page 2 Colorado Gamma Invites You to Conclave—Join Us in Tampa Bay! E very other year, over 1,000 SigEp brothers gather to relive the college experience that shaped us—lifelong friendships, leadership opportunities, and the Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love that guide us. This summer, Colorado Gamma invites you to join us at the 59th Grand Chapter Conclave in Tampa Bay to celebrate those memories and create new ones. With Rise as the theme of this Conclave, we celebrate the upward movement of our brotherhood and our shared aspiration of reclaiming SigEp's title of the largest and best fraternity on every campus where we plant our flag. Don't miss this opportunity to reconnect with old friends, experience the strength of SigEp today, and rediscover why our brotherhood lasts a lifetime. Register now and represent Colorado Gamma in Tampa Bay! WHEN: JULY 23-27, 2025 WHERE: WATER STREET MARRIOTTS, TAMPA BAY, FL The Tampa Bay waterfront is calling, and your Colorado Gamma brothers can't wait to see you there! Aden Pesicka Business administration; emphasis in investment analysis Sam Rosen Apparel and merchandising Shelby Styer Journalism and media communications Meet the Brothers My name is Scott Green '26, and I am a born and raised Coloradan! Some of my accolades include IFC VP of risk management, IFC VP of judicial affairs, standards board, and T-shirt chairman. I also work as an intramural referee (and play sometimes too)! I have been in two collegiate theatre productions at CSU: Machinal and 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. This fraternity has helped me become who I am today by instilling a great work ethic and time management skills. My name is Parker Orth '26. I am a third-year honors student studying mechanical engineering. Within SigEp, I served as VP of learning communities and, later, chapter president. As VPLC, I could see the direct impact on my brothers, improving their GPAs, developing stronger study habits, and mentoring others in academics, creating a cycle of success beyond coursework. As president, I guided our chapter's culture, ensuring accountability, brotherhood, and development remained at the forefront. Seeing the positive impact of these efforts, not just in physical awards but also in the personal growth of the men I call brothers, has been one of my proudest accomplishments at CSU. I'm Ethan Dolbec '28 from Mendon, Massachusetts. SigEp has given me many valuable lessons in professionalism, respect, time management, how to be productive and presentable, and much more. The brotherhood has given me some of my best friends, and getting to learn from the older brothers has helped me mature quickly. SigEp is the place to be, and every brother should represent with pride. I'm Cole Lindsey '28 from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. What I like most about SigEp is the community. There is a diverse selection of personalities within your brothers. Someone is always down to go get food or study with you. Everyone is there for the same reason: to better yourself and your peers. An immediate feeling of comfortability was felt when I first joined. I am proud to be a SigEp because of the people around me. Congratulations, Fall 2024 Graduates! Register at sigep.org/conclave
