PAGE 4 W ith the support of generous alumni like you, Beta Theta Pi has played a pivotal role in the lives of young men for generations. Through careful investments in both the brotherhood and the house our members call home, we have been able to ensure our membership not only excels in West Lafayette but also serves as a beacon of what our Fraternity can mean to young men across the country. 150 Littleton Street is a tangible expression of the spirit of Beta that we have experienced since our founding. Since 1927, members have expressed a desire to have a place to foster brotherhood, innovation, and take the next giant leap in their lives. With space for 70 occupants, our house is consistently filled. Brothers respect our home, invest in its upkeep, and ensure it continues to enshrine a space for young men to live a principled life. As we look to the next generation of members, we must prepare by addressing the foundational needs of not only today, but tomorrow as well. To remain competitive, we aim to accomplish the following: GROWING WITH A SENSE OF PERMANENCE New Roof (see photo above) Furnishings Bathrooms Live-in House Director Apartment Grand Prix Garage Hardscaping and Landscaping Debt Retirement Scholarship Endowment Build Reserves
