Making Our Dream a Reality

hile the dream project would include all the details
listed on the previous page, the price tag is nearly $10
million. Our alumnae leadership is commi ed to comple ng
this major project while also ensuring the financial viability of
our chapter. A er developing a detailed pro forma (financial
projec on), the House Board has determined $4 million is
the maximum amount of debt the chapter can take on for
this project. The rest will be funded by commi ed alumnae.

Es mated start date: May 2027
Because of this, the final details of the project will be finalized once the campaign is
complete. Below is a breakdown of the es mated costs associated with the project
op ons, listed in order of priority:
1. The Dream Project ($10 million)
2. First Floor Renova on, Grand Staircase, Dining/Kitchen, Front Porch ($7.6 million)
3. Second and Third Floor Study Lounge Expansion, Bedroom Pain ng ($1.1 million)
4. Basement Renova on ($1.1 million)
