The Delta Sigma Tradition
Dear Kappa Sister,
Our chapter is thriving, and I am proud to share we con nue to pledge
women of the highest caliber who maintain one of the highest GPAs,
are leaders on campus, have a heart for philanthropy, and support each
other. These young women are remarkable, and they embody the ideals
of Kappa we all hold so dear.
Now is the me for us to look to the future of our beloved chapter.
Our beau ful home, built in 1968, is not fully mee ng the needs of the ac ves
of today. A er two years of research and input from ac ves, alumnae, and
architects, the House Board made the decision to undergo a major renova on. With
seven sorori es building new houses, it is impera ve we develop an innova ve design that
incorporates the needs of our ac ves while maintaining the historical significance of our
Kappa home. The plans are exci ng, and I am eager for you to see them.
As I've visited with alums from across the country, each has shared the impact Kappa has
had upon them: leadership and life skills, increased confidence, lifelong friends, and so much
more. How many mes in life do you have a chance to give back to something that gave so
much to you?
That's the chance we have before us. Our chapter needs us!
We have a unique opportunity to ensure Kappa con nues to excel as a top sorority.
Our ac ves are depending upon us as they strive to con nue pledging intelligent, mo vated
young women who will become successful Kappa sisters of tomorrow.
Suppor ng this renova on is more than upda ng our house – it is an investment in the
future of young female leaders who will have a posi ve impact in our world.
I hope you will join me in making a significant investment in our Kappa sisterhood!
Loyally,
