Oklahoma State University 7 O ur Beta Theta Pi Building Corporation is a legal incorporated house corporation in the state of Oklahoma. The Building Corp, among other duties, routinely performs the following functions. • Maintains the physical structure and develops long-term capital improvement plans as needed. • Collects housing payments from the chapter for brothers living in the house. • Obtains loans when necessary. • Makes payments to financing institutions to service our house mortgage. • Maintains financial information. • Enters into contracts when applicable. • Maintains equipment and furnishings. • Secures adequate levels of insurance. • Ensures that any applicable taxes are filed properly. • Collaborates with the undergraduate chapter to maintain positive relationships with the chapter alumni. The alumni who serve on the Building Corp Board include: Steve Walker '83 (President), Greg Colpitts '88 (Treasurer), Parker Strickland '88, Mike Colvin '86, Tony Borelli '08, and Jonah Sloup '18. When you see these alums, thank them for their volunteerism to our strong Oklahoma State chapter of Beta Theta Pi.
