PAGE 6 THE MISSOURI ALPHA DIFFERENCE U sing the four pillars of Sigma Phi Epsilon's strategic plan, "Raise Your Bar," Missouri Alpha is committed to: We are proud of our growth to nearly 150 men and are not slowing down. We want to provide the SigEp experience to as many men as possible, as our values are now more important than ever before. The SigEp experience is life-changing and affects men long after their college days. GROWTH SigEp MO Alpha College-age men are falling behind. Less men are attending college and fewer are being retained. SigEp helps young men develop into students who are committed to their academics. Much of the collegiate experience takes place outside of the classroom, and we provide the "living laboratory" for leadership and success after college. DEVELOPMENT When you are dealing with 18-22 year olds, the only thing that is consistent is alumni. Behind every great SigEp chapter is a dedicated group of alumni, and Missouri Alpha is proof of this. In these challenging times, college-aged men need mentorship and coaching. We must provide them brotherhood and support and empower more of our alumni to become involved in some way. ALUMNI SUPPORT Meeting our ambitious goal of remaining the top chapter at Mizzou requires financial investment. We must retire our existing mortgage and provide a safe and competitive facility for our young brothers.
