O
nce the initial group had been recruited, it was time
for executive board elections. Congrats to all! What a
team. We cannot wait to see the outstanding new chapter
they build!
The new executive board all joined a team-building retreat
with Judson, Lukas, Adam, and SigEp Director of Education
Jason Halterman, Michigan Kappa '11. During the retreat,
the new brothers set a goal of reaching a manpower of 60
brothers with 80% retention by the end of fall 2025.

semester starts up, led by Vice President of Recruitment Aakarsh

We are confident the new brothers are up for this first on-their-own
recruitment because they have been incredibly involved up to now and
had additional recruitment training at the brotherhood retreat.
The chapter's executive officers will also be attending SigEp Carlson
Leadership Academy in San Jose on January 24-26.
