C olorado Delta excelled in academics, philanthropy, campus involvement, and social engagement this fall, showcasing the strength and dedication of our brotherhood. Our Chapter posted a spring GPA of 3.36, bringing our cumulative GPA to 3.37. These scores exceeded both the campus average of 3.27 and the FSL average of 3.2. This success reflects our brothers' commitment to academic success and support for one another. Several brothers took their education global this past semester, with Spencer Hendren '27 and Tyler Long '27 studying abroad in New Zealand, gaining invaluable experiences and broadening their perspectives. At the FSL awards banquet in November, our Chapter was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Development Award for development through Ruck, Carlson, and other on-campus events. Hayden Crawford '26 received the Outstanding New Member Award for his commitment to the Chapter and his campus roles as a peer mentor and tour guide. We hosted several memorable socials this semester, including Messy Twister with Pi Beta Phi, shirt tie-dyeing with Kappa Alpha Theta, and line dancing with Sigma Kappa. Our Chapter also collaborated with Kappa Alpha Theta for this year's M-Climb. These events fostered connections with the broader FSL community and provided a welcome break from academics. Our Chapter has also maintained a strong commitment to philanthropy. Kaden Ochsendorf '27 organized a Slushie Sale, where nearly $500 was raised for the Big Brothers Big Sisters. Additionally, Holden Drew '25 coordinated with Upper Deck to organize volunteers for a golf-based event at Coors Field, strengthening our ties with the Denver community. This fall, we had a successful recruitment, welcoming 23 new members to our brotherhood. Before recruitment, we also hosted the Balanced Man Scholarship Banquet, featuring Grand Chapter President Brad Nahrstadt, Monmouth '89. Members left the banquet inspired to uphold the Balanced Man ideals. Our Chapter also hosted the annual Parents Breakfast over Parents Weekend. Another fall highlight was attending our formal in Breckenridge. The Whiskey Star hosted Colorado Delta for a barbecue dinner, allowing brothers to relax and get away from the stresses of school. As we reflect on the fall semester, Colorado Delta Chapter remains committed to excelling in all areas, embodying the values of Sigma Phi Epsilon while fostering a lifelong brotherhood.
